Thank you, Ford customers! Two recent surveys show Ford is tops when it comes to brand loyalty. Polk Automotive reports “Ford has placed No. 1 in loyalty rate of any brand among consumers in 2012.” And Experian Automotive says Ford finished in the top spot in its customer loyalty survey, as well. Experian’s press release quotes Jeffrey Anderson, its director of consulting and analytics, as saying “Ford continues to perform exceptionally well in brand loyalty, with a range of products that are getting customers back to the showroom again and again.” So, Ford fans, thanks again!
