You know what you’re talking about. That’s the word from many of the sales consultants at Butler Auto Group’s four stores who’ve noticed that customers are coming in armed with more knowledge than ever. We don’t know for sure but we’re guessing that’s because the internet’s made researching vehicles ever so much easier. The 2013 Polk Automotive Buyer Influence Study shows you’re actually spending less time overall looking for a car, truck or SUV, but of the time you do shop you’re spending more of it on-line.
That’s good news. We spend a lot of time working on our main group website and the child-sites for each store in the interest of making it more valuable to you. But even if you’ve spent time clicking through our pages we rarely talk about anything other than vehicles when we’re talking face to face. But we’d love feedback!
