Kia, Hyundai Fans are Vocal About Their Brand

What do Kia and Hyundai have in common with Honda?  Outspoken fans!  Boston Consulting Group (BCG) recently instituted a ratings system to measure a company’s word of mouth branding.  The Brand Advocacy Index (BAI) measures person-to-person advertising.  For the inaugural BAI the consulting group asked 32,000 consumers in the U.S. and Europe about their top favorite 55 brands.  Kia, Hyundai, and Honda came in at the number one spot with a three way tie – each garnered a 63% rating with an average of 50% going to most auto makers.  So what do we at Butler Kia and Butler Hyundai have to say to our customers?  Keep on talking!
